I am an average human, who often makes mistakes. I'll be the one to say it here. There are times I don't follow through with my own word....

There is a phrase that continues to creep through my mind: "Keep going." I hear it much louder when I find myself distracted from whatever it is I set myself to do. That voice is like the angel on my shoulder, reminding me why I have to keep going.

Whether you are creating a new routine or picking up new hobbies or habits, remember to keep it simple. Taking to much on your plate all at once can be overwhelming and eventually can lead you to burn out.
